Steps for Installation

  1. Log into your instance of Jira as an admin.
  2. Select the Apps dropdown menu from top navigation bar, and choose Find apps.
  3. Search Service Desk Queue Extension on Atlassian Marketplace search menu or upload an installation file in Manage apps menu, if your Jira not connected to Atlassian Marketplace.
  4. Once the app is installed, you will be notified via a success message.
  5. After it, your users will able to use Service Desk Queue Extension from Manage apps -> Configure menu.
