To avoid sensitive anonymity disclosure, we highly reccomend to test configuration of the app, before provide it for real business-customers.
Jira Cloud Installation:
1. Install Service Desk Anonymous Request from Atlassian Marketplace
2. Log into your Jira Cloud instance as an admin.
3. Create local Jira Service User, which will be actor of creating requests (e.g. Anonymous Reporter) in User Management tab and add Service Desk user permissions in target project for it. You can skip this step, if already have such Service account
4. Click to "Markeplace Apps" menu and "Take me there" on next screen. You will redirected to Site Administration page:

5. Find Service Desk Anonymous Request in Installed apps list and click to Configure button on pop-up menu:

- Selecting target project, where Anonymous requests should be available
- Required SD Request type, that will be used for Anonymous requests
- User name, who will be set as Reporter and creator of the issue - use
7. Test the feature, on target Customer Portal - special request type "Create Anonymously" will appeared. Check Reporter and History in created ticket, it should contain only Service User name

Jira Data Center Installation:
- Log into your instance of Jira as an admin.
- Select the Apps dropdown menu from top navigation bar, and choose Find apps.
- Search Service Desk Anonymous Request on Atlassian marketplace search menu or upload an installation file in Manage apps menu, if your Jira not connected to Atlassian Marketplace.
- Once the app is installed, you will be notified via a success message.
- Create local Jira Service User, which will be actor of creating requests (e.g. Anonymous Reporter) and add Service Desk user permissions in target project for it.
- Create required Customer Portal request types in target projects
- Open managing of Service Desk Anonymous Request via clicking to Configure buitton in Manage apps page. Fill all fields on the page - Service user ID, Project IDs and Portal Request type IDs.
- Test the feature, on target request special button "Create Anonymously" will appeared. Check Reporter and History in created ticket, it should contain only Service User name
